Notice of Annual General Meeting for Northern Eagles.
The meeting will be held at Coffs Harbour Touch Association at 600A Hogbin Drive Coffs Harbour NSW on Saturday 14th September at 6:30pm.
Two Executive positions will be up for nominations:
🟡 Director of Finance
🟣 Regional Administrator
Nominations close Saturday 31st August (link below)
All relevant papers including reports, financial statements, nominations for Executive positions, notice of motions, special resolutions, life member nominations, and general business items will be circulated 10 days before the AGM.
There might be an opportunity for a zoom setup. If we generate enough interest, a link will be sent out 10 days prior to the AGM.
Delegates wishing to represent their affiliate will be required to fill in a form and send back to nswnortherneagles@gmail.com by 7th September (link below).
If you cannot attend the meeting face to face, please send through your details for a Zoom link to attend virtually.
